Merger Announcement

It is with great pleasure that I announce that CA Douglas and Associates and Coleman Maher
will merge their practices effective 1st November 2008.

The new business will be known as Douglas Maher Coleman Pty Limited and will operate from new
premises located in Taren Point.

This merger brings together Craig Douglas and Jason Maher, the principals of both organisations
who have previously worked together and are therefore well known to each other.

The merger will create powerful synergies and produce long term benefits for the firm’s clients,
including providing clients with greater resources to draw from.

Both Craig and Jason strongly believe the merger will enhance the solutions and outcomes that they
both strive to achieve and provide to their clients.

The merger will not change your personal relationship with the firm or the people you are used to dealing with.
Our aim is to make the transition to the new practice as seamless and unobtrusive as possible for you.

All staff of both firms will continue with the new practice and we are delighted to say that
Geoff Coleman will be continuing with the team.

In time we will be changing our email addresses and you will be advised as this happens.
