The Manchester Boy has well and truly arrived, giving us some ‘Manny’ flavour infused with global ambition.
With the Shaun Ryder-assisted and Stone Roses-sampling single, “1989”, and platinum-selling hit “Baby” featuring Ashanti, ‘Close To Home’ showcases Aitch’s remarkable journey to UK Hip Hop’s top tier.
The debut album includes a loving tribute to his 12-year-old little sister, affectionately called ‘G’, who has Down’s Syndrome. The heartfelt song titled “My G” displays a mature, reflective and personal side of Aitch’s songwriting.
